Public Relations Manager

CredoLab – Public Relations Manager

CredoLab is looking for a Public Relations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of our PR strategy and execution for CredoLab. The role involves a very high level of responsibility and self-motivation with relevant candidates having 5-8 years of associated experience. This role reports directly to the CEO. 


Key responsibilities include:

1. Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics

2. Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media

3. Coordinate all public relations activities and maintain social media accounts

4. Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media

5. Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media

6. Manage media inquiries and interview requests

7. Create content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations

8. Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a monthly basis

9. Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis.

10. Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness

11. Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them


Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Proven working experience in public relations required

• Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level

• Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets

• Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews

• Exceptional writing and editing skills

• Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.

• Event planning experience

• BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline

Key Account Manager

CredoLab are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our growing team in Singapore.

Key Account Manager Responsibilities

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer account management

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit

• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas

• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

• Prepare reports on account status

• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment

• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed


• Proven work experience as an account manager, key account manager, junior account manager or other relevant experience

• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

• Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

• Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field preferred
